Biography
When she is not playing with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, Starla teaches violin and private lessons. Ms. Blair is the Director of the Suzuki Violin program at Evangel University, and is a member of the Springfield Symphony Guild and Springfield Federated Music Club.
